Tracking and Delivery
We ship to the USA & Canada, except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Nunavut.
When you place an your order with us, your confirmation email will contain the lead time. As soon as your order has been shipped you will also receive a shipment notification email that will contain tracking information with an ETA for delivery. If you have not received these emails to your inbox you may need to check your spam or promotions folder.
You can also log into your account* and view the "my orders" page to check your order status.
For special delivery requests, contact us immediately after placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.
Manufacturing Time
We strive to deliver your Moooi Home creation as quickly as possible without compromising on craftsmanship. Check your Order Confirmation email for the most accurate manufacturing time. If you have an urgent need, let us know, and we’ll do our best to expedite the process.
Shipping Time
Standard orders take approximately 4-5 weeks (including design confirmation, manufacturing, and quality inspection). Note: Custom or irregular designs may extend the cycle to 5-7 weeks.
Ocean freight to the United States and Canada: approximately 5-7 weeks.
Truck delivery within the U.S and Canada. : approximately 1–5 business days (calculated from the completion of customs clearance).
Order Status & Tracking

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes are challenging once a shipment is on its way, but we’ll assist if possible. You may be responsible for any rerouting charges.
Receiving Your Order
Inspect your package upon arrival to ensure it hasn’t been damaged. If your Moooi Home product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Packaging for Returns
To return an item, use the original packaging and padding materials. Returns within 90 days require original packaging; otherwise, additional costs may apply.
In Case of Damage or Defect
If you encounter damage or defects, take photos of the issue (including packaging) and email them to service@moooihome.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll address the issue promptly.
Missing Parts
If any parts are missing from your order, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
