Moooi Home offers a one-year limited warranty for the majority of its furniture, which covers manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is applicable exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Our Limited Warranty remains valid for one year from the date of purchase receipt, with separate coverage for frames and springs. Frames are covered for three years against structural defects not resulting from neglect or abuse, while springs are covered for three years against breakage or detachment not resulting from neglect or abuse.

The Moooi Home Limited Warranty encompasses material and workmanship defects in all Moooi Home furniture, with exceptions outlined below.

1. Accidental damage and normal wear and tear incurred through in-home use.
2. Damage resulting from neglect or abuse. An assessment of neglect or abuse will be conducted at our discretion.
3. Furniture used for commercial or institutional purposes, including, but not limited to, home daycare, business, rental purposes, and property staging.
4. Accessories or clearance and floor model furniture sold "as-is." These items are ineligible for exchange, refund, return, or service.
5. Complimentary or promotional gifts are not covered under warranty.

1.  Customer modifications.
2.  Fabric damage caused by fabric protection application.
3. Colorfastness or dye lot variations in fabrics.
4. Damage resulting from neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents. Any condition arising from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care, including, but not limited to, pet hair, mold, bug infestation, and water damage.
5. Non-residential use.
6. Use for purposes not intended or designed for the product.
7. Cushion settling, piling, and wrinkling due to normal wear and tear.
8. Fabric fading or discoloration due to exposure to elements, including, but not limited to, sunlight.
9. Water damage to electrical components.
10. Natural wood grain characteristics.

Legal Rights and Limitations:

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state. The limited warranty does not extend to any implied warranties beyond its stated duration, nor does it cover consequential or incidental damage. The duration and scope of implied warranties may vary by state. Some states may also not permit limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damage, thus the aforementioned limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
