We encourage you to ask free swatches! Select the swatches you would like to receive and leave us messages below. We will mail them to you free of charge, typically within 2–3 business days. We offer swatches of all of our fabric and leather options.

WHY ARE CERTAIN FABRICS AVAILABLE ON SOME DESIGNS, BUT NOT OTHERS?

Most of our fabric options are available on all designs in our assortment. On a select few designs, we have limited the set of available fabrics based on our experience of the materials that wear best on the specific piece. With that said, if there is a fabric in our assortment that is not available on the sofa or chair you are considering, please give us a call and we will be happy to recommend an option.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR FABRIC ONLY?

With the exception of our free swatches—which we’re always happy to send to you—we don’t offer our fabrics a la carte. We also aren’t able to re-upholster your existing pieces of furniture. The best way to get our fabrics into your home? Order a new piece of upholstered sokahome furniture.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options + cost?

Standard Shipping Cost Of All Products:

Free Shipping for Curbside Delivery

White glove delivery service includes bringing your items from the truck into your home, unpacking the merchandise and removing all packaging materials and debris (unrelated household waste removal not included). If you need white glove service, you can check the corresponding service option when you purchase the product or contact our customer service team. If this service is available, you need to pay an additional fee. Please note that with white glove service, the packaging will be remove and disposed of. In case you need to return the item, please retain the original packaging.

The white glove service fee is $199.

When will my order be delivered?

All MoooiHome products are made to order, with a standard production timeline of 4–5 weeks. Custom or irregular designs may extend the timeline to 6–7 weeks.

Standard Shipments and White Glove Shipments have an estimated transit lead time of 5-7 weeks in Canada and the US. Once the delivery company has picked up the order you will receive an email with the tracking information.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.
