Warranty Policy

The Limited Warranty:

Moooi Home offers a one-year limited warranty for the majority of its furniture, which covers manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is applicable exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Duration:

Our Limited Warranty remains valid for one year from the date of purchase receipt, with separate coverage for frames and springs. Frames are covered for three years against structural defects not resulting from neglect or abuse, while springs are covered for three years against breakage or detachment not resulting from neglect or abuse.

Covered Items (and Exclusions):

The Moooi Home Limited Warranty encompasses material and workmanship defects in all Moooi Home furniture, with exceptions outlined below.

The Moooi Home Limited Warranty does not cover:
  1. Accidental damage and normal wear and tear incurred through in-home use.
  2. Damage resulting from neglect or abuse. An assessment of neglect or abuse will be conducted at our discretion.
  3. Furniture used for commercial or institutional purposes, including, but not limited to, home daycare, business, rental purposes, and property staging.
  4. Accessories or clearance and floor model furniture sold "as-is." These items are ineligible for exchange, refund, return, or service.
  5. Complimentary or promotional gifts are not covered under warranty.
Additional factors that may void the Limited Warranty include:
  1.  Customer modifications.
  2.  Fabric damage caused by fabric protection application.
  3. Colorfastness or dye lot variations in fabrics.
  4. Damage resulting from neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents. Any condition arising from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care, including, but not limited to, pet hair, mold, bug infestation, and water damage.
  5. Non-residential use.
  6. Use for purposes not intended or designed for the product.
  7. Cushion settling, piling, and wrinkling due to normal wear and tear.
  8. Fabric fading or discoloration due to exposure to elements, including, but not limited to, sunlight.
  9. Water damage to electrical components.
  10. Natural wood grain characteristics.

Legal Rights and Limitations:

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state. The limited warranty does not extend to any implied warranties beyond its stated duration, nor does it cover consequential or incidental damage. The duration and scope of implied warranties may vary by state. Some states may also not permit limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damage, thus the aforementioned limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Free Shipping for Curbside Delivery

White glove delivery service includes bringing your items from the truck into your home, unpacking the merchandise and removing all packaging materials and debris (unrelated household waste removal not included). If you need white glove service, you can check the corresponding service option when you purchase the product or contact our customer service team. If this service is available, you need to pay an additional fee. Please note that with white glove service, the packaging will be remove and disposed of. In case you need to return the item, please retain the original packaging.

When will my order be delivered?

All MoooiHome products are made to order, with a standard production timeline of 4–5 weeks. Custom or irregular designs may extend the timeline to 6–7 weeks.

Standard Shipments and White Glove Shipments have an estimated transit lead time of 5-7 weeks in Canada and the US. Once the delivery company has picked up the order you will receive an email with the tracking information.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.
